I know most of us are on a mission to better ourselves physically via increasing our fitness levels, but we need to do more.
Have you ever taken the time to sit down and research exactly what it is you are eating/drinking daily? All of the words on the package that you can barely pronounce, those abbreviations that mean nothing to you - they aren’t helping your insides folks!
Take a few minutes today and research that bleached flour, those GMOs, the red dye, and the fluoride or your chewing gum ingredients (yes, even tho you aren’t swallowing the toothpaste, you are absorbing some of it). Heck, even the bags your tea comes in could be causing damage when heated up (wtf - right??)
In addition to the gym, meditating, stretching, yoga, etc. we need to spend a little time with Mr. Google seeking answers for what exactly it is we are able to buy as “food” for consumption. Most of you probably heard about Subway and the plastic in the bread, well they aren’t alone.
If you don’t know where to start just research GMO and you’ll more than likely find yourself seeking organic non-GMO fresh food like I have recently found myself.
We’re being slowly poisoned here, please wake up and take a stand for your body and your future!!

P.S. If your research makes you angry enough to make a change/take a stand, there are lots of petitions online to sign and helping to spread the knowledge/word will increase the level of consciousness and the way our food is created will have to be changed. It starts with one step - you decide whether or not to take that step.
